To newcomers, the maker movement can be a daunting concept to wrap one’s head around. To start with, what is a “maker”? Are they the same as a hacker, or a tinkerer? Do they have to use technology? Aren’t we all makers in some form or another?

For those looking for an inroad into a fascinating community, this informal chat will be a great place to start.
